Day 357: Hotel a la Bohemian

“Completed in 2012 by by Berlin-based team Lambs&Lions, the hotel promises an authentic experience when it comes to traveling and lodging. Its rooms have an overall bohemian appearance, defined by rustic furniture items, handmade carpets, and the presence of natural elements such as stone and wood. According to the designers, “the idea of San Giorgio Mykonos is to bring like-¬minded people together in a laid¬back atmosphere. The hotel is designed to encourage interaction and yet giving those who looking for a more private atmosphere the refuge to relax and recreate. ””

Day 356: A Mooga-Ble Feast

“The Great GoogaMooga took over Prospect Park in Brooklyn this weekend, offering up lip-smacking eats from eighty-five local restaurants and independent vendors, live music by the likes of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and the Flaming Lips, and—last but not least—plenty of prime people-watching. Style.com dispatched Le 21ème’s Adam Katz Sinding, who shoots the street scene during fashion month, to snap the festival’s most sartorially inclined noshers.”

Day 353: Cut Food

“We love you, food. But we’re so busy consuming you, that we never take the time to see what’s on the inside. Cut Food, a photo series by New York-based photographer Beth Galton, explores the innards of our meals by deliberately cutting them down the middle.”

Day 352: We Love Sloths

“Who doesn’t love sloths? They’re basically the unofficial slackers’ mascot. (And the only reason they’re the unofficial mascot is because we’re too lazy to file the necessary paperwork to make them official.) All they do is lay around all day being cute and awesome and let’s face it—that’s all we’’re good for too. If you want to show off your sloth pride, pick up one (or 10) of these adorable sloth rings. You can waste hours watching the tiny sloths snooze on your fingers while you contemplate getting off of your butt and then think better of it.”
